COMIC-CON: Priest

[Source: Anime News Network] The North American publisher Tokyopop points to the 115-second trailer for Scott Stewart's live-action film adaptation of Min-Woo Hyung's Korean manhwa Priest this past weekend. The film stars Paul Bettany as the titular priest who attempts to rescue his niece from vampires. Also starring in the film are Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Karl Urban, and Christopher Plummer. After three delays, the movie is now slated for release in 2D and stereoscopic 3D on May 13, 2011. Tokyopop announced at Comic-Con International on Saturday that the movie's prequel comic Priest: Purgatory is available now on Apple's App Store. Tokyopop is also releasing Ghostface, another series from Hyung.
