This is a KP episode entitled "October 31st." While in the process of fighting Drakken, Shego, and Killigan, Kim
accidentally has a strange bracelet attached to her wrist. She discovers
that the bracelet grows every time she lies, leading to embarrassment
when she tries to get out of a series of engagements to attend a party
with Josh Mankey.
