11:15 - 12:05   The Elusive Samurai 11-12 (End)

The Elusive Samurai

Plot Summary: 

It is April and the time has come for the wheat harvest. Kiyohara Shinano-no-kami, the provincial official of Shinano, confiscates all the grains production from the villagers, killing anyone who oppose him. In response, Hoshina Yasaburō leads a revolt against Kiyohara in Kawanakajima, despite knowing that there is no chance for him and his retainers to survive. Yorishige sends Tokiyuki, Kojirō, Genba and Fubuki as messengers to convince Yasaburō to retreat, but to no avail. Certain that Yasaburō would be easier to convince after the initial skirmish with Kiyohara's forces, led by Wada Yonemaru and Sukefusa, Tokiyuki and the others assist Yasaburō's forces in battle, reducing casualties to a minimum. At night, a drunk Tokiyuki has a heated discussion with Yasaburō and finally convinces him to retreat with the women and children. However, Yasaburō's retreat plans are intercepted by Sukefusa's hearing and Kiyohara orders to give chase and eliminate them. Anticipating this, the Elusive Warriors begin their strategy to allow Yasaburō and his retainers to successfully retreat.

 

 

12:05 - 12:55   Frieren 25-26

F R I E R E N

Plot Summary: 

Dünste informs Denken's and Frieren's parties that Edel has retreated from the dungeon and that mind control is not an option against the replicas. Lawine and Kanne arrive at the scene and tell the parties that the monster they are facing is a Spiegel and that the replicas it creates have no unique weaknesses. Everyone present concludes that Frieren's replica must be defeated before they can destroy the Spiegel. Before heading into battle, Fern discloses Frieren's fatal weakness: she cannot detect mana when she casts a spell, a vulnerability typically found in beginner mages. After the discussion, Fern and Frieren are chosen to confront Frieren's replica. Everyone else remains in place to protect them from potential attacks by other replicas. Frieren and her replica are evenly matched, and Fern waits for an opening to hit the replica with Zoltraak. In a flashback, Frieren hands Serie a will from Flamme. The will reveals that Flamme convinced the human emperor to allow humans to adopt magic. Serie remarks that this is the start of the era of humans, and eventually human mages will be able to surpass even Elves like herself and Frieren. In the present, Fern strikes Frieren's replica directly with a full-power Zoltraak.

LAZARUS

Plot Summary:  

Axel Gilberto is visited in prison by a woman named Hersch, who fills him in on the current situation: after disappearing without a trace three years ago, the genius neuroscientist Dr. Skinner has resurfaced in an online video to reveal that his miracle painkiller "Hapna" will kill everyone who has taken it three years after the first dose, with the first wave of victims set to come in approximately 30 days. While the U.S. government tries desperately to find a cure, the only sure way to prevent the medication's massacre is to find Dr. Skinner himself and force him to reverse the effects of Hapna before the 30 days have passed. However, Axel is uninterested, instead using Hersch's visit as an opportunity to escape prison. While the world is currently in chaos following Dr. Skinner's announcement, Axel uses the confusion to escape, but finds himself hunted down by a team of pursuers, one of whom manages to incapacitate him with a high-tech electroshock bracelet. One day later, Axel wakes up in an abandoned barbershop, where Hersch talks to him via video chat to tell him that he has been selected to join her team, codenamed "Lazarus".

Plot Summary:  

In an accident, an ordinary boy, Wang Xiaoxiu, obtains a space system called "Superpower Cube" from a high-latitude cosmic civilization and gains extraordinary powers. When the school belle, Shen Yao, Wang Xiaoxiu’s longtime crush, confesses her love to him, the delinquent Sun Jun, who also has a crush on her, is provoked. Wang Xiaoxiu resolves the crisis with his wit and extraordinary powers, but it also brings more disasters as a result. Shen Yao is taken to the world of extraordinary beings by a mysterious person, and Wang Xiaoxiu embarks on a journey to rescue her. Fighting in the bizarre universe, he finds the meaning of fairness and justice on the path to becoming a peerless powerhouse.

Plot Summary:  

The story of To Be Hero X is set in a world where “faith” turns people into super heroes, i.e. if people believe that someone can fly, then that person gains the ability to fly. Conversely, heroes lose their powers if people stop believing in them. The trust that people place in heroes is measured and collected as data, and the heroes are ranked according to the public's faith in them. Every two years, the top heroes gather to compete in a tournament and their trust rankings are adjusted accordingly. The number one hero at the top of the rankings is known as "X".

4:00 - 4:50    Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX 1-2

Mobile Suit Gundam: GQuuuuuuX

Plot Summary:  

Five years after the Principality of Zeon won the One Year War, Amate Yuzuriha, a high school student living on the space colony "Side 6", crosses paths with Nyaan, a war refugee. Her encounter with Nyaan leads her to get involved in an incident when both the Principality of Zeon and the Space Police are pursuing the missing Red Gundam after it re-emerges 5-years after disappearing. To catch the Red Gundam, Zeon sends out Xavier Olivette in the gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX, a prototype Gundam meant for Newtype pilots. However, while trying to capture the Red Gundam, Xavier crashes into the space colony and is ejected from the GQuuuuuuX. Amate jumps into the cockpit of the GQuuuuuuX, steals it, and subsequently defeats the Police Force, allowing the Red Gundam to escape. The GQuuuuuuX is taken by the Pomeranians, an underground team of mechanics participating in Clan Battles, a series of illegal and high-stakes Mobile Suit dueling matches. After meeting the Red Gundam's pilot, Shuji, Amate chooses to join him in Clan Battles with the Pomeranians, fighting alongside him in the GQuuuuuuX.
