Frozen 2 DELETED SCENES You Never Got To See

What did early 1900's Japan look like?
- FPS boosted to 60 frames per second, I have also fixed some playback speed issues;
- Faces are enhanced too – I have added to the pipeline of algorithms a neural network which is specially designed for facial restoration.
- Image resolution boosted up to 4k – with digital artifacts, but some parts are improved noticeably;
- Removed noise and fixed some damaged parts.
- Colorized – please, be aware that colorization colors are not real and fake, colorization was made only for the ambiance and do not represent real historical data.

Grant Imahara from Mythbusters Has Died...
Grant Imahara was born in 1970 and studied electrical engineering and robotics at the University Of Southern California, which he managed to turn into a visual effects career by landing a job with Lucasfilm after college. He worked with the THX and Industrial Light And Magic, working on effects for major movies like the Star Wars prequels (where he somewhat famously updated and operated the R2-D2 robots used in filming), the Matrix sequels, and cult classic Star Trek homage Galaxy Quest. He was also a competitor on BattleBots, helped design the modern Energizer Bunny, and built Craig Ferguson’s robot sidekick Geoff for The Late Late Show.

Kipo is an Underdeveloped Masterpiece
Kipo Oak, a thirteen-year-old girl, is searching for her father after being forced to flee from her underground city. To do so, she travels through an overgrown post-apocalyptic urban wasteland called "Las Vistas", ruled by sentient mutant animals ("mutes"), together with her new friends Wolf, Mandu, Benson and Dave. Sechrist compared the series to The Wizard of Oz, "but instead of ruby slippers [Kipo] has Converse on".
In the first season, Kipo is separated from her father Lio after their burrow is attacked by a monkey "mega mute". Traversing through the apocalyptic surface world of Las Vistas, she meets and befriends Wolf, a cold and hardened girl who has been surviving on her own after her adoptive wolf family turned on her, the upbeat Benson and his insect companion Dave, and the pig Mandu. Together, they set out to find the burrow Lio and the rest of Kipo's community fled to after their first one was destroyed. As the five travel along they make many mute allies and enemies, including the despot Scarlemagne, who rules over all the mute factions with an iron fist and intends to create a human army with his mind-controlling pheromones. Kipo also starts to experience strange physical mutations that give her mute-like abilities, which she uses to help her friends and herself against the various hostile mutes they encounter.

Manga's "Freedom of Expression" With Japan
The above Tweet reads:
"This month, I was invited to participate in a House of Councillors witness questioning session, but instead, a member of the DIET [Japanese government] asked me, 'What measures are needed for Japanese manga need to survive in the world?' I replied, "First and foremost, freedom of expression. Compared to other countries, Japan's forte is its freedom of creativity. However, with foreign platforms becoming more and more dominant, I would like to avoid a situation where Japanese works are regulated by foreign standards.'"
Akamatsu went on to say that to preserve manga over the next ten years, raw manuscripts of manga series should be stored, exhibited, and monetized at a National Manga Center. According to Akamatsu, all the government members in attendance agreed with the idea.
In the past, Akamatsu spearheaded the "Doujin" mark for the cover of manga volumes, showing that the original creator of the series approved of the series being used for fan-works. The first series to use the mark on the first printing was Akamatsu's own UQ HOLDER.
