RPG Metanoia is about a young boy name Nico (voiced by Zaijan Jaranilla) who is obsessed with playing online video games. He is encouraged by his father (voiced by Aga Muhlach); however, his mother (voiced by Eugene Domingo) worries if Nico’s passion for video games will be good for his future.

The film premiered on Christmas Day, December 25, 2010, and received several awards from the Metro Manila Film Festival.
