Crunchyroll SOLD to Funimation!

Crunchyroll SOLD to Funimation!
 SONY is Your Master Now!
The Crunchyroll sale to Sony has been finalized, and it sounds like Funimation and Crunchyroll will be merging soon... and likely getting rid of "redundancies." You know, like lots of layoffs? So what will a Western anime streaming industry run by Sony look like, anyway? A lot more censorship? More High Guardian Spice? Who knows. As long as we still get Rising of the Shield Hero, and it's not watered down to appease California...

  1. I'm still really not a big fan of this merger. Yet more hoping all Funimation & Aniplex titles will now all go back to Crunchyroll and not the other way around however I'm more under the impression all streaming is going to one big "one stop shop" deal much like how "VRV" is.
