[Source: blastr.com] Every year Dragon Con proves why the event has a reputation as the cosplay capital, and this year was no different. Overtaking the streets of downtown Atlanta on Saturday, cosplayers and spectators settled in for hours to take part in the closest thing the nerd world has to the Mardi Gras' Endymion parade.
