This series actually sets up the five warlords that will be the foundation of the backstory for the upcoming Warlords of Draenor expansion, set to be released this upcoming November for the long-running fantasy MMO World of Warcraft.
The five videos boast some very nifty 3D, mixed in with some pretty cool regular animation, and are enthralling in and of themselves, setting up and building up the lore for the expansion. Blizzard's team certainly does have a way with animated storytelling, as anyone who's seen the company's cinematic cut-scenes can attest -- here's hoping Duncan Jones's upcoming big-screen adaptation can measure up.
