This October anime reunites several production staff members from Gurren Lagann: director Hiroyuki Imaishi, series script supervisor/writer Kazuki Nakashima, character designer Sushio (key animator/animation director on Gurren Lagann), and the animation studio Trigger (co-founded by several former Gurren Lagann staffers).
The story is set on a high school that Satsuki Kiryūin rules by force. Ryūko Matoi, a transfer student wielding a giant Basami scissors sword, brings about upheaval on the campus.

This is one of my top anticipated new animes of the fall season. Definately going to check this out right when the subs for the 1st episode come out. :)
